activities that all of them need to open a commercial register, submit a lease or ownership contract for the
registered activity’s location, indicating the address and location data, all investors adhere to the stipulated controls
and conditions, and are interested in reviewing them in case they pass through any matter emergency.
Availability of a valid bank account in which the value of the project’s capital is deposited. Each investor is obligated
to pay the registration application fee for his project or company, as determined by the Commission after reviewing
his project, activity, and capital.
