What is meant by building maintenance?

To reduce the potential for plumbing problems and preserve the value of the building, we check pipes, showers, toilets, and faucets for leaks, and work to fix them. 
2- Checking and repairing ventlation openings and AC:
The building ventlation system must be constantly checked to ensure that there are no blockages, because when the openings are blocked, toxic carbon monoxide accumulates in the building, causing fries.
