Requirements for the issuance of artcles of incorporaton, records and licenses

To register companies in Oman, all you have to do is choose the activites of the company and the degree of excellence of the company, including:

The company is an excellent degree with a capital of 251,000 OMR or more
First Class, with a capital of 101,000 OMR to 250,000 OMR
The second class has a capital from 51,000 OMR to 100,000 OMR
Third class: 21,000 OMR to 50,000 OMR
The fourth degree, from 20 thousand to 10 thousand Omani riyals.

Applicatons for investment:

– Memorandum of Association: specifying the name of the company and information
about it in addition to the activities carried out by the company, the names and
information of the partners and the shareholding of each of them in the case of a limited liability company.
– Commercial Register: The commercial certfcate approved by the Ministry of Commerce and Investment, where the company is registered with a special ID number, commercial actvites are approved, and share shares are approved.
– Commercial license: for the responsible municipalites, where it is approved to practice commercial work in accordance with the requirements and laws in force, in the specified location.
– An investment license: that is, the approval of the Ministry of Investment to practice the investment activity specified in the commercial register within the required geographical area.
– Opening a work and workers file: registering the company with the Ministry of Labor to
obtain work permits according to the specific commercial activity and the number of
workers or employees required for the company.
– Issuance of work visas, continuity residences, and other residences: After completing all the previous steps, company owners can request work visas and issue residence cards.
